Corporate Compliance in the Era of Extrapolation

posted Mar 4, 2014, 1:17 PM by DC Behavioral Health Association   [ updated Mar 4, 2014, 1:18 PM ]
Federal law requires that providers train their Boards of Directors about Medicaid compliance. Auditors will look at corporate infrastructure for risk management when evaluating your program. In the era of extrapolation, Medicaid compliance is no longer about reducing your audit failures -- instead, your entire corporate structure needs to be aligned with risk management and reduction.

What infrastructure do you need to have in place, and how can you use that infrastructure to effectively mitigate your compliance risks?

Join DCBHA for a full-day training to address these topics. Adam Falcone, a national Medicaid compliance expert with Feldesman, Tucker, Leifer and Fidell, will conduct the session.

  • WHEN: Tuesday, March 11th from 9-5
  • WHERE: Hickey Center, 924 G Street NW
  • REGISTRATION: Click here to register

The full-day training costs $150 for members and $200 for non-members.
