In FY2010, our 34 member organizations helped over 18,000 D.C. residents find recovery and resilience through behavioral health treatment and supportive services. Our members served almost two-thirds of the D.C. residents who received a publicly-funded substance abuse or mental health service, almost half of those in supported housing programs, and one-third of youth foster care placements.
